Eggs, as a whole, are a complete and high-quality protein. So, why are you cutting the yolk out?

A lot of people think, when dieting, that by eating only the egg white, they are cutting down on cholesterol and calories, but this couldn’t be further from the truth! If you are separating the egg from its yolk, and only eating the egg whites, you are losing over 80% of the overall vitamins and minerals within the egg as a whole. Thus, egg yolks contain all the healthy, Omega-3 fats, and by striping the egg, you are completely missing out on the benefits of those fatty acids. The egg yolk also contains:
